1. What a Subscription Includes
A subscription is a recurring plan for ongoing access to non-clinical support, subscription management, refill coordination, and, when clinically appropriate, recurring prescription fulfillment after review by an independent licensed clinician. WellMensRX is not a doctor, medical practice, pharmacy, or pharmacist. Clinicians make prescribing decisions. Licensed pharmacies, including Epiq Scripts and Rush Pharmacy where available and appropriate, dispense and ship prescriptions.
2. Auto-Renewal Authorization
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize WellMensRX and its payment processor to charge your payment method automatically at the interval, price, and terms disclosed at checkout and in these Subscription Terms, plus applicable taxes, shipping, or fees. Your subscription continues until cancelled, expired, declined by a clinician, paused, terminated, or otherwise ended under these Terms.
You also authorize card-network account updater services to update your card details if your card number or expiration date changes, where supported by your card issuer.
3. Pricing
- Checkout controls: The price, renewal interval, offer terms, taxes, shipping, and fees shown at checkout control for your subscription.
- Current introductory NAD+ offer: The first month may be offered at $99.50 (50% off the $199 retail price) when code
LONG50is available and applied. - Current recurring NAD+ price: The recurring monthly price after the first billing cycle is currently $249/month for the displayed NAD+ plan unless a different price is shown at checkout.
- No free trial: Unless the checkout page clearly says otherwise, subscriptions do not include a free trial.
4. Renewal Timing
Monthly subscriptions renew on or around the same calendar day as your initial purchase. If a renewal date falls on a weekend, holiday, unavailable calendar day, or day affected by pharmacy or payment processing constraints, billing or fulfillment may occur on a nearby business day.
A renewal charge does not guarantee shipment. Each prescription renewal remains subject to clinician review, state availability, pharmacy availability, payment approval, and compliance requirements.
5. How to Cancel
You may cancel at any time using any available cancellation method:
- Online: Log in to your account or Dosable-supported patient portal and use the available subscription cancellation option.
- Email: Email support@wellmensrx.com from the email address on your account and state that you want to cancel.
- Phone: Call (877) 201-1517 during support hours.
Online cancellation, where available, is designed to be direct and easy to use. We may ask optional feedback, but you do not have to provide a reason to cancel.
6. Cancellation Timing and Refunds
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. To avoid the next renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date. If you cancel after a charge has already processed, we will review whether the order can be stopped before pharmacy processing.
- If the prescription has not been sent to pharmacy fulfillment, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel and refund the renewal charge.
- If pharmacy processing, compounding, packing, labeling, or shipment has begun, the charge may be non-refundable.
- If a clinician declines renewal before pharmacy fulfillment, we will cancel and refund the affected order.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Renewal Notices and Acknowledgments
After enrollment, we will provide an acknowledgment that identifies the subscription terms, automatic renewal feature, price, renewal frequency, and cancellation method. We may send renewal, refill, payment, prescription-status, or shipping reminders by email, SMS, portal message, or other reasonable methods. Where state law requires a specific renewal notice, we will provide it using the contact information on your account.
8. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices or terms. If we make a material price increase or material change to renewal terms, we will provide advance notice as required by law and explain how to cancel before the change applies. Your continued subscription after the effective date means you accept the updated price or terms.
9. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, ask you to update your payment method, pause or cancel fulfillment, suspend your subscription, or terminate access. You remain responsible for amounts owed for orders already fulfilled or services already provided.
10. Pausing, Skipping, or Modifying
We may allow you to pause, skip, change dose, change frequency, change address, or modify a subscription where operationally available and clinically appropriate. Medication-related changes may require clinician review and are not guaranteed. Requests should be made before the next renewal or pharmacy fulfillment date.
11. State Auto-Renewal Notices
Some states, including California and other states with automatic renewal laws, provide additional subscription rights. If you enrolled online, you may cancel online where the online cancellation option is available to you. If applicable state law requires a different notice, cancellation method, refund, or timing rule, that state law applies.
12. Relationship to Other Terms
These Subscription Terms are part of the Terms of Service. If these Subscription Terms conflict with the general Terms of Service, these Subscription Terms control for subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and auto-renewal disclosures.
