Your Privacy Choices

Last updated - May 20, 2026

1. Overview

This page explains privacy choices available to users of WellMensRX, including rights under California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other U.S. state privacy laws. For the full privacy policy, see our Privacy Policy. For HIPAA-related rights, see our Notice of Privacy Practices.

2. Privacy Rights You May Have

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know or access: Request categories or specific pieces of personal information we maintain about you.
  • Delete: Ask us to delete personal information, subject to legal, safety, healthcare, pharmacy, tax, fraud-prevention, and operational exceptions.
  • Correct: Ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Portability: Request a portable copy of certain personal information.
  • Opt out: Opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling where those rights apply.
  • Limit sensitive information: Ask us to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable law provides that right.
  • Appeal: Appeal certain privacy-right request decisions where applicable law provides an appeal right.
  • Non-discrimination: Exercise your rights without unlawful discrimination.

3. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not sell Protected Health Information ("PHI"), and we do not use PHI for targeted advertising.

Some privacy laws define "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" broadly enough to include certain advertising or attribution disclosures even when no money changes hands. We may disclose limited non-health attribution or conversion information, such as campaign parameters, click identifiers, fbc/fbp values, generic purchase events, currency, and rounded or bucketed value, to advertising or measurement partners. We do not include your name, email, phone number, diagnosis, intake answers, medication name, product contents, user agent, IP address, or page URL in those minimized conversion events.

You may opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising using the methods below.

4. How to Opt Out

  • Email: Email privacy@wellmensrx.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share." Include your full name, account email, state of residence, and the browser or device you use if your request relates to cookies or advertising identifiers.
  • Phone: Call (877) 201-1517 and tell us you want to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.
  • Global Privacy Control: If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control ("GPC") or similar universal opt-out signal, we treat it as an opt-out for that browser where required by law.

Cookie and browser-based opt-outs may be device- or browser-specific. Account-level opt-outs require enough information for us to identify the correct account.

5. How to Submit Other Privacy Requests

To request access, deletion, correction, portability, limitation of sensitive information, or appeal of a privacy decision, email privacy@wellmensrx.com. Use a clear subject line such as "Right to Know," "Right to Delete," "Right to Correct," or "Privacy Appeal."

Include your full name, account email, phone number if used for your account, state of residence, and a description of your request. Do not send unnecessary medical details by email.

6. Verification

We must verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. Verification may include confirming your email address, phone number, state, recent order information, or other account details. For sensitive requests, we may require additional verification.

If we cannot verify your identity, we may deny the request or provide only limited information.

7. Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a privacy request on your behalf where allowed by law. The agent must provide proof of authorization. We may also ask you to verify your identity directly and confirm that the agent is authorized.

8. Limits on Requests

We may retain or decline to delete information when permitted or required by law, including records needed for clinical care, pharmacy fulfillment, safety, adverse-event reporting, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements. HIPAA-covered records may need to be requested through the applicable clinician, pharmacy, portal, or Notice of Privacy Practices process.

9. Timing

We will respond to verified privacy requests within the time required by applicable law. If we need more time, we will tell you. Opt-out requests are processed as soon as reasonably practicable and within the period required by law.
